Project Management:
Projects large and small require the production of documents, drawings and specifications. The drawings describe the project in terms of quantity; the specifications describe the project in terms of quality. Properly coordinated amongst themselves and with outside consultants, clear, concise documents provide the client the vehicle to build their project. Additionally, MN2 can then offer Construction Management services based on building from these documents.
Such services would include:
Bid/Cost Analysis: MN2 has experience in competitive estimating and bid, and can compare competitive bids or estimates for clarity and response to the documents. The client can be assured that dollars associated with an aspect of a project will reflect the quantity and quality anticipated via the documents
Shop and Submittal Reviews: We can provide overnight service to insure conformance to project documents.
Construction Meetings, Reviews and Reports: MN2 will hold regular walk-thru’s and meetings to document progress and report such progress or issues, to all parties including the client during construction.
Payment Application: MN2 will oversee payment applications to insure consistency with project schedule and will report such directly to the client in standard AIA format.
Project Closeout and Warranty/Inspection: MN2 will perform project closeout that includes punch-list inspection and distribution of Operation and Maintenance manuals thus insuring final compliance of project goals to the client.
